Doctors Divine Multispeciality Hospital ("we", "us") runs this website so you can find our doctors, book appointments and lab tests, request a call back and see your health records. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, address and profile photo. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google.
- Your health information: blood group, allergies, emergency contact, consultation notes, diagnoses, prescriptions, vital signs, lab test results and reports added by our doctors and staff.
- Your bookings: the doctor, lab test, date and time you choose, and their status.
- Call-back requests: the name, phone number, topic, preferred time and message you give us, the page you sent it from, and the advertising campaign that brought you to the site, if any.
- Reviews: the rating and comment you leave for a doctor.
- WhatsApp preferences: whether you want booking messages on WhatsApp, your preferred language, and whether each message was delivered.
- Website use: only if you accept analytics cookies, which pages you visit and actions such as booking or tapping our phone number. See "Cookies and analytics" below.
How we use it
- To provide your care, and to keep your medical records and lab reports.
- To book, confirm, remind you about and manage appointments and lab tests.
- To call you back when you ask us to.
- To send booking confirmations and reminders on WhatsApp, only if you turn this on.
- To show your review on the doctor's profile.
- To understand which parts of the website help patients, if you allow it.
- To meet our legal duties as a hospital, and to keep the website secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees your information
- Our doctors and staff, only as needed to care for you and run your bookings.
- Other website visitors see your name with any review you post. Nothing else you give us is public.
- Service providers who run parts of the website for us and may only use your information to do so:
- Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Meta (WhatsApp): booking messages, if you turn them on.
- Google: "Sign in with Google" if you use it, Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies, and Google Maps for the map on our Hospitals page.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
These providers may store information on servers outside India. We use providers that protect it with security safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in. These are always on, because the site can't work without them.
With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. We never send it your name, phone number, health information or anything you type into a form, and we don't track your account pages. Until you accept, Google Analytics sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Our Hospitals page shows a Google map so you can find us. When you scroll to it, your browser loads the map from Google, which may set its own cookies. This is covered by Google's privacy policy, not ours, and the cookie settings above don't control it. We don't send Google any information about you for the map.
How long we keep it
We keep medical records and lab reports for as long as Indian law requires hospitals to keep them. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, then delete it.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
